Water: a life staple. Our bodies are a combined 60 % water. Our brain and heart are 78% water. Lungs are 83% water. These three organs are vital to life. We cannot live more than three to five days without water. We all know how to get more water drink it! Easier said than done. People seem to be in an overall state of dehydration.
Water should be with you all the time. Drink, drink, drink. Water makes saliva; water flushes out toxins through urination. Water keeps our skin supple and our organs functional. Water improves our muscles. Water keeps our thinking clear by keeping our brain hydrated—water equals life.
I could list on and on what water does for us. But it would take pages. Suffice it to say. We need water. Drink up!
Let’s make this fun. Carry a water bottle with you all the time. Every time you hear a reference to water. Tip your bottle and chug! Songs such as, Cry me a river ( Justin Timberlake), Bridge over troubled Water ( Simon and Garfunkle), Movies like Oceans 11, or The River, a sentence that mentions water! You get the drift! ( pun intended). Cheers!
